Admission to courses is strictly according to the rules and regulations set by the University of Kerala and the Government. 50 percent of sanctioned vacancies is filled on pure merit. 10 percent is reserved to students belonging to the community specified by the Management. 20 percent is reserved for the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe categories and 20 percent to candidates chosen by the Managing Committee. Admission dates are decided and announced by the University of Kerala. Admission to Post Graduate Courses falls in June - July and to Bachelors in July - August every year. Candidates are advised to contact the college office for further information immediately after the publication of the results of the qualifying examinations.

Students seeking admission to various Degree courses of the college are advised to either download the application form from the 'Application Forms' link or buy the same from the College Counter on payment of the application fee. Those who download forms can pay the application fee at the time of submitting the application form. All application forms should be accompanied by attested copies of certificates.

A rank list of eligible applicants will be displayed on the college notice board, in compliance with the norms and schedule stipulated by the University of Kerala. Applicants who are eligible for admission will be called for a personal interview and verification of original certificates. They have to be accompanied by their Parents/Guardian. The details of fees will be notified at the time of the interview.

Those seeking admission in the sports quota should specify the same in the application form and the applications will be processed by the Dept. of Physical Education.
